Optimizing for retention while they drain you dry.
Even casinos are more honest than this.

Goals
Short term: make it smooth. Butter-smooth. Sound design. Mobile. An onboarding flow that doesn't make people want to close the tab.
Medium term: multiple sessions running at once. Leaderboards. History. Ways to watch your friends play. Private sessions.
Long term: REAP as a framework. The 60-second game is just the first instance. Tournaments. Custom rooms. An ecosystem of provably fair games that don't treat players like marks.
But first—ship.
